Once you’ve applied for a position, we’ll take you through an initial phone screening, followed by a technical assessment.
Come meet us in person for two interviews - the first is focused on culture fit, and the second is a hands-on work session with a current Avenue Coder in your practice area.
Assuming we have a role that’s a good fit, you may be introduced to the client for a meet and greet.
From there, we’ll make the offer, and before you know it, you’ll be on site for your first day!
