Step 1

Once you’ve applied for a position, we’ll take you through an initial phone screen, followed by a technical assessment.

Step 2

Come meet us in person for two interviews - one focused on culture fit, and the second as a hands-on work session with a current Avenue Coder in your practice area.

Step 3

Assuming we have a role that’s a good fit, you may be introduced to the client for a meet and greet.

From there, we’ll make the offer, and before you know it, you’ll be onsite for your first day!
