About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Account Manager to spearhead the growth and success of a newly launched program with a multi-billion dollar high-tech company in Silicon Valley. This role involves overseeing all aspects of program delivery, including project management, resource fulfillment, and stakeholder communication. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and program expansion within the client account, with a particular focus on supply chain domain expertise. The ultimate goal is to drive revenue growth and establish a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership with the client.
Responsibilities:
– Manage a Program we have recently launched with a Multi billion dollar Hi tech company in Silicon Valley, CA
– Help build the Program which will consist of multiple projects from various domains but specifically Supply Chain
– Manage fulfillment process with the help from our nearshore Recruitment & Resourcing teams
– Communicate with multi-functional teams to successfully deliver the near-shore teams
– Connect with our technical resources and communicate with nearshore delivery team
– Build strong relationships with Client Technical managers to keep customer satisfaction high by successfully delivering on time.
– Continue to expand the program by enabling more opportunities within the same domains or other domains
– You will report to Sales Head
– You will participate in Revenue planning and quarterly Business Review meetings, form/create new strategies to expand the business
– You will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction and account growth.
– You will be also responsible for expanding the business in other areas within the same Account.
Required Qualifications:
– Experience in Development/Delivery/Project Management
– Technology (and Domain) background with an interest in transitioning to Program Management.
– Polished communications skills and personality
– High energy and never say die attitude
– Preferred Technology Education (Bachelors/Masters)
– Desire to become an Account Manager/Sales Manager/People Manager
– Desire to understand Business Management and Revenue Management
– Liking and ability to connect with new people
Nice to Have:
– Experience selling and managing the delivery of IT Services.
– Experience performing as an Account Manager or Customer Success for Hitech client.

At Avenue Code, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for a Mid Account Manager is from $110k to 120k per year + commissions based on sales.
