About the opportunity:
We are looking for a talented Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic team, working on impactful projects with one of our main clients. This role will focus on developing and implementing change management plans to enhance safety initiatives within the Utilities Operations and facilitate technology changes within the organization. Responsibilities:
The Change Management Consultant will work to support and implement change management strategies.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to assist in the creation of change management plans specific to PG&E’s gas and electric operations.
- Engage with different stakeholders across PG&E to implement change management plans effectively.
- Work with employees across all groups to teach, train, and support them in adopting new processes.
- Regularly update stakeholders on the progress and rollout of the change management plans.
- Scope of Changes: Lead changes related to various safety initiatives within Electric and Gas Operations, affecting up to 25,000 employees. Manage technology-related changes within Electric Operations.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a certified change management professional with a strong foundation in various methodologies, excellent project management skills, and experience in implementing change management within large organizations. They should be a proactive communicator, detail-oriented, and adept in using software tools like SAP, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Change Management certification from Prosci.
- Understanding of Kotter and other Change Management methodologies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail for developing and implementing change plans.
- Experience with SAP, Excel, and SharePoint.

A reasonable estimate of the current range for US Based Change Management Expert is $100.000 USD to $120.000 USD per year.
