About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met or exceeded;
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing relevant information about Avenue Code’s services and maintaining a high level of engagement;
- Use sales automation and CRM tools to manage leads and sales activities;
- Participate in meetings and calls with potential customers to qualify them and understand their needs, as well as present about Avenue Code and answer questions about the company;
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as technical, marketing, event, talent acquisition, design, financial, HR to improve sales strategies and increase the efficiency of the sales process, reach improvements in customer satisfaction and optimize targeted campaigns to drive lead generation;
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and delivery of qualified leads;
- Help in Business Development (with clients and leads) using LinkedIn Navigator, Hubspot, and other tools, running campaigns for business development.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as an SDR/BDR or in Inside Sales serving B2B clients;
- Knowledge of outbound sales, sales funnel, B2B business, and Inbound Marketing;
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software;
- Fluent English – ability to have verbal and written communication skills. Global Interactions;
- Ability to identify the business objectives, develop and implement a business strategy on projects;
- Strong sales orientation and high level of energy, with winning and self-motivation attitude;
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience serving international B2B partners, especially CAN clients.
