About the opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated AI Solutions Analyst and Workshop Lead to drive growth and innovation in AI-driven projects. This hybrid role is critical in building and executing AI workshops, supporting sales with actionable insights, and generating high-impact opportunities. As the single source of AI expertise for our teams, you will bridge technical and business domains, enabling our sales executives, account executives, and leaders to effectively position AI solutions in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Workshop Leadership and Execution: Prospect, qualify, and schedule AI workshops with targeted clients. Design and deliver workshops that explore client needs, uncover AI use cases, and lay the foundation for strategic engagements. Partner with sales teams to convert workshop outcomes into actionable sales opportunities and large-scale projects. Create and refine workshop materials, tailoring content to address client challenges and business goals.
- Partner Engagement and Portfolio Development: Collaborate with the GCP Director to build out a robust AI portfolio offering for Vertex AI and Gemini AI professional services. Ensure GCP views Avenue Code as a trusted, AI-first solutions team for their key AI initiatives. Develop joint strategies and programs with GCP to establish Avenue Code as a leader in AI innovation and implementation.
- Sales Support and Research: Assist account executives (AEs) with prospecting by identifying AI use cases across industries through internal and external research. Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and industry trends to inform sales strategies. Develop and deliver compelling AI presentations to internal teams and potential clients. Serve as the go-to AI resource for T&M (Time and Material teams), VP Sales, and Cloud & AI Sales Executives.
- Prospecting and Sequence Management: Manage and optimize Apollo sequences and prospect lists to maximize outreach and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to ensure accurate and up-to-date targeting for AI-focused campaigns. Monitor sequence performance and adjust strategies to enhance response rates and lead quality.
- Marketing Material Management: Manage and maintain all marketing materials for AI Workshops, AI Cockpit, and AI Studio. Ensure all materials are up-to-date, visually compelling, and aligned with company branding and messaging. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
- AI Expertise and Collaboration: Act as the single source of AI information and strategy, ensuring alignment across sales and leadership teams. Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive a cohesive AI strategy. Stay updated on advancements in AI technology and industry applications to maintain thought leadership.
- International Collaboration: Plan for potential travel to the U.S. for key events such as GCP Next to align strategies and expand opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or AI).
- Experience in AI sales, business development, or consulting is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and convert outcomes into tangible business opportunities.
- Strong research skills and the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non technical audiences.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently.
