About the opportunity:

They're seeking a User Experience Researcher to be part of the Revenue team. In this role, you will support a team of Experience researchers who are working to understand advertiser and user needs in partnership with their Design, Product, Engineering and Data Science partners. You will contribute directly to the business in creating useful and usable revenue products by conducting primary research such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.

  • experiences that help advertisers grow their business by connecting with people in a
  • meaningful way.


  • Work with other Experience Researchers, Designers, Product Managers, and
  • Engineers to prioritize revenue research needs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing
  • environment; and also with vendors to execute when needed
  • • Develop and innovate new methods and tools for gathering advertiser and consumer
  • insights at scale, globally
  • • Design and execute studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, using a
  • variety of methodologies such as surveys and user/usability testing (remote)

Required Qualifications:

  • You are an experienced UX researcher with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative
  • research experiences and a working knowledge of the media and/or advertising space.
  • You have knowledge of the product life cycle and which design principles/activities and
  • UX research methods align with different phases accordingly.
  • You know exactly when to engage with teams in Design, Product, Engineering, Data
  • Science and which questions to ask and how to land insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in fields like Research, Psychology, Anthropology or the equivalent
  • experience
  • Experience with research design utilizing various methods including but not limited to
  • usability studies, user journey maps, personas, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
  • Relevant product research experience, either in an end-to-end, usability, or generative
  • setting.
  • Strong project management skills and experience guiding multiple projects
  • simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of the advertising industry, including performance, video, and
  • mobile advertising
