About the opportunity:

One of our biggest Client, is seeking an Experience Researcher to be part of Revenue team, focused on Advertiser Outcomes to support our Core Advertising business. At this client, the research and insights play an integral part in inspiring the products that fuel our client’s mission to give everyone the power to create and share information without barriers. The team has a direct impact on advertising product strategy, roadmaps, and the design of new experiences that help advertisers of all sizesgrow their business by connecting with people in a meaningful way.


Opportunities:

  • As a senior resource on Outcomes Research team, you will lead the proactive discovery,
  • exploration, and development of strategic advertising-related insights that willanchor our product
  • strategies. The collaboration will also be a key part of your role.
  • You’ll build relationships with partners in Product, Engineering, Design, and Data
  • Science.


Responsibilities:

  • • Through mixed research methods, develop advertising-related insights that guide the Core Advertising product strategy across teams in Product, Design, Engineering and Data Science • Deliver creative and impactful insights stories that engage the partners and also elevate the Experience Research function as a whole • Build collaborative relationships with a wide array of cross-functional partners • Serve as a trusted authority on advertising trends in various spaces (e.g. directresponse, awareness) and the general landscape for the partners. Sample projects: • Develop frameworks to better understand advertiser needs and inform productdevelopment • Track and understand customer perceptions of the ads product suite • Study emerging trends in the ads industry and build connections across primary andsecondary research to craft compelling and actionable insights


Required Qualifications:

  • You are an experienced researcher with a wide range of qualitative and quantitativeresearch experiences and a background in media and/or advertising. You know exactly when to engage with teams in Design, Product, Engineering, Data Science and which questions to ask, where to probe, and how to land insights across abusiness. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in fields related to Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, orequivalent experience • Working knowledge of the advertising industry, including but not limited toperformance, video, and mobile advertising


Nice to Have:

  • • A track record of producing customer-centric thought leadership that informsbusiness, marketing, and/or product development strategies and roadmaps • Strong business acumen; an understanding of business goals, strategies, and pressures while being aware of industry trends and competitive actions as a context fordoing research • Strong project management skills and experience guiding multiple internal and/oroutsourced projects simultaneously
