Avenue Code is looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to help build our Technical Talent Acquisition practice. We’re a full-cycle software delivery company comprised of business and technology consultants. Since our inception in 2008 we have built offices around the globe to partner with industry leading clients in support of their technology initiatives.
What you’ll do:
In addition to identifying the best talent for open positions, you’re empowered to make an impact by evolving best practices and our Talent Brand. In a typical day, you might find our next superstar consultant and make them a job offer, be asked to put together a full soup-to-nuts hiring playbook for roles you’re working on, or organize impromptu networking events.
