Avenue Code is looking for an exceptional Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant to help expand our Talent Acquisition team. In addition to identifying the best talent for open positions, you will be empowered to make an impact by evolving Talent Acquisition best practices and our Talent Brand. In a typical day, you might find our next superstar consultant and make them a job offer, be asked to put together a full soup-to-nuts hiring playbook for roles you’re working on, or work with Marketing to organize networking events. You will also be a player/coach as the captain on the team helping the Head of Talent with team development. This role is a stepping stone for a strong Sr. Recruiter and/or a Lead Recruiter that envisions their career roadmap leading towards a Management role.
