leading brands. But we won’t rest until everybody knows. We’re seeking a qualified Business
Development Specialist to extend our reach in the German market through expert discovery
and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. Highly skilled
at creating new relationships and finding sales opportunities in new accounts, this person will
join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company’s growth targets.
Critical to this role is a passion for creating and nurturing professional relationships. You will be
an integral part of our global business development team. The candidate should be based in
Berlin, so as to facilitate (eventual) face to face meetings with prospects, as well as
participation at local networking events and conferences
- Design and execute your outbound sales and business development strategy and sales processes for new clients, and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business.
- Prospect new business connections, identifying trends, and customer needs that will drive the building the short/medium/long-term sales pipeline (managed in HubSpot) in accordance with targets.
- Present Avenue Code and our services to potential customers, scheduling meetings for your regional sales executive.
- Meeting/Exceeding your weekly business development targets (contact + meeting setting).
- Become a subject matter expert on our software design and delivery capabilities, inclusive of our range of consulting practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- English and German language skills at advanced levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales and external prospecting.
- Working experience with remote sales techniques.
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
