Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the IT area sourcing top talents for different clients in the USA, Latam, Canada, Germany, Mexico and Brazil;
  • Track data across pipelines and analyze to provide insights for key stakeholders;
  • Analyze resumes to pre-select candidates;
  • Support Recruiter with scheduling interviews throughout the process;
  • Identify future hiring needs and act proactively in pipeline construction;
  • Use social media networks (for example, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to search for and connect with potential candidates;
  • Hunt and do phone screens with candidates;
  • Promote the company's reputation as “best place to work”.


Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the Recruitment and Selection services and proven work experience as an IT sourcing are highly preferable;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple reviews, while maintaining high attention to detail;
  • Good problem-solving and creative thinking skill;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong decision-making skills;
  • Advanced English.
