  • Support for Account Manager (s) in management customers with preparation of sales reports and future analysis as well as proposals for improvements and alignment of sales strategies;
  • Follow up and answer questions related to the project;
  • Responsible for the internal attendance of key customers;
  • Multi-Departmental interface with technical, marketing, talent acquisition, design, financial, HR operations in order to reach improvements in customer attendance;
  • Sample control and follow-up of projects;
  • Assist with new employee training including policies, services and register operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • A history of working in sales area and supporting a sales team;
  • Advanced English - ability to have a verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to identify the business objectives, develop and implement a business strategy on projects;
  • Good problem-solving and creative thinking skill;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Sales and Customer oriented;
  • High energy level and Team work;
  • Winning attitude;
  • Self-motivation.
