- Support for Account Manager (s) in management customers with preparation of sales reports and future analysis as well as proposals for improvements and alignment of sales strategies;
- Follow up and answer questions related to the project;
- Responsible for the internal attendance of key customers;
- Multi-Departmental interface with technical, marketing, talent acquisition, design, financial, HR operations in order to reach improvements in customer attendance;
- Sample control and follow-up of projects;
- Assist with new employee training including policies, services and register operations.
- A history of working in sales area and supporting a sales team;
- Advanced English - ability to have a verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to identify the business objectives, develop and implement a business strategy on projects;
- Good problem-solving and creative thinking skill;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
