About the opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to strengthen and support our amazing and international TA. This role is based in Amsterdam and can be partially remote. Avenue Code is growing rapidly and we need someone who can help us to grow in Europe. You will be part of an experienced and collaborative team, handling with Tech recruitment.


  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle strategy;
  • Prospect, build and cultivate relationship with partners;
  • Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes;
  • Screen and vet the candidates shared by our vendors;
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media;
  • Asses applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
  • Promote the company's reputation as “best place to work”.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (agency, inhouse, contracting... it's all good!);
  • Solid ability to conduct behavioral interviews;
  • Ability to establish partnerships;
  • Ability to be flexible with changing business priorities and to work with a sense of urgency;
  • Ability to identify the business objectives, develop and implement a business strategy on projects;
  • Good problem-solving and creative thinking skill;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent Dutch and Advanced English.
